The health and safety of our staff and customers is of paramount importance and is always at the forefront of everything we do. The following statement outlines our commitment to providing safe workspaces for our clients, their visitors and cleaners alike.

The purpose of this statement is to underline the policy of the company to ensure that we do all we can, so far as is reasonably practical, to achieve the highest standards of health, safety and welfare in carrying out our objectives.

The objectives of the company are to provide an environment and conditions which are safe, and without risk to health, to eliminate accidents at work, and to maintain the health of all staff.

To achieve these objectives, the company will:-

(i) Comply fully with the requirements of relevant legislation, regulations and, so far as is reasonably practical, adopt the best health and safety and welfare practices.

(ii) Ensure that the allocation of duties and responsibilities to implement this policy are clearly defined and understood.

(iii) Provide its entire staff with such information, instruction, training and supervision, where necessary, to promote effective communication.

The allocation of duties and responsibilities to implement this policy are set out in our employee manual and a copy is circulated to all staff. This policy will be kept up to date, particularly as the business alters in nature and size, and will be reviewed annually, or sooner, if it is in the interests of health and safety to do so.

A copy of this policy will be kept on display in the cleaners cupboards in each of our sites.

The company recognises its responsibilities for health and safety matters and will secure its objectives by full co-operation between our customers, our staff and our management.
